With a degree in Hospitality from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and over 9 years of extensive sales experience across Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Finance, and Technology, Chris brings valuable expertise to the role. Prior to joining our team, he served as an Account Executive at Dig Insights.

Gaurav Saxena is the Director of Sales for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Unimrkt Research. With a remarkable track record spanning 18 years, Gaurav epitomizes a collaborative and visionary senior leader in the realm of strategic research and consulting services. His profound industry acumen, acquired through extensive experience working with esteemed clients and service providers, empowers him to provide clients with unparalleled expertise and insights. Gaurav excels in managing large-scale projects, integrating flexibility and agility to drive cost savings, strengthen relationships, and foster innovation. His strategic vision contributes to Unimrkt's expansion and profitability in the dynamic EMEA region.

Robin Singh Chauhan is the Associate Director in Risks & Compliance at Unimrkt Research. Boasting an extensive background of over 9 years in the banking and market research sectors, Robin brings forth a profound reservoir of expertise. His repertoire spans diverse domains, including operational risk management, risk control and self-assessment, project management, process transition, and business process re-engineering. Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence, Robin has obtained esteemed certifications such as CISA and CISSP. Additionally, he excels as a Lead Auditor for ISO 27001, ISO 20252, and ISO 9001, and possesses proficiency as a Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner.

Bharat Sharma is the Senior Director in the Operations team at Unimrkt Research. He has a varied range of specialties, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Market Research, Lead Generation, Business Process Outsourcing, Information Technology Enabled Services, Competitive Intelligence, and Analytics. He also holds a Six Sigma Certification (GB) and Dell Certified L2 Certification. Before joining Unimrkt Research, he was a brilliant research consultant with a demonstrated over 19 years of experience in the market research industry.

James West is the Managing Director of the North America Business Development division. He holds various specializations, including Financial Services, Insurance, Transportation, Technology, and High Net Worth Consumers. He holds 2 degrees from Keene State College, one in psychology and the other in chemical dependency counseling. With over 17 years of relevant industry experience, he worked as an experienced professional in the market research industry before he joined us, where he utilized Unimrkt’s verified B2B samples to help researchers complete inaccessible studies.

Veronika Sharma is the Director of the Client Services division at Unimrkt Research, with varied specializations, including Quantitative Research, Data Analysis, and Data Management, as well as good organisational skills and human psychology and behaviour. She holds a master's degree in Computer Applications and has over 17 years of relevant industry experience. Before joining Unimrkt Research, she worked with various companies, like IBM, Exevo India Private Limited, and iGlobal Research Pvt. Ltd.

Deewakar Srivastava is the Head of Operations and Strategic Initiatives for the Indian Market. With a career spanning three decades in the field of Market Research, he leads the India Operations Team and spearheads client management. The team benefits from his leadership in Strategic Initiatives, Project Management, International and National Client Servicing, and Quality Assurance, among others. His experience equips him to deal with Market Research in a wide range of industries, including Healthcare, IT, Media, Automotive, Telecommunications, and Finance. Before joining Unimrkt Research, he held esteemed roles in Market Research firms like Kantar Global, Moodys Analytics, IPSOS etc.

Yashodhara Badoni Bhatt is the Head – Voice Quality and Training department at Unimrkt Research, with various specializations, including Skill Development and Quality Assurance. She holds acclaimed certifications in skill development training programs, like Train-the-trainer, Soft Skill, and Business Communication. She has over 13 years of relevant experience in the research industry. Prior to joining Unimrkt Research, she used to work as an Associate with a BPO named vCustomer for 4 years, where she also fulfilled the responsibility of a team leader in Operations.

Shivani Shukla is a Director of the Client Services realm at Unimrkt Research. She has a wide array of specializations, including Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy. With over 17 years of experience in the research industry, she holds an MBA with dual specialization in International Business & Marketing and is also a Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP). Before joining us, she worked with clients across various industrial sectors, such as BFSI, Retail, IT & Telecom, and Healthcare and Life Science.

Vishal Pathak is the Head – Competitive Intelligence department of Unimrkt Research, with a variety of specializations, such as Business Research, Competitive Intelligence, and In-depth Interviews (IDIs). With over 17 years of experience in the market research industry, he is a trained Project Management Professional (PMP). Before joining us, he led several research programs while working with global banks, like Bank of America and Barclays.

Narender Vadhava solely manages the Data Quality realm at Unimrkt Research, with a wide range of specializations, like MR processes (Survey Programming Technologies, Data Validation & Processing, Data Analysis & Engineering) and Data Science & ML. With a B.SC.(CS), an MCA, and a “Data Analytics & Business Intelligence” Certification, he has over 13 years of relevant industry experience. Before joining Unimrkt Research, he was involved in technical and business responsibilities while working with Annik, Exevo, and Capgemini.

Dashwant has over 18+ years of hands-on and management experience in project management with significant exposure in Automotive research through Automotive Clinics, Static Dynamic Evaluation, and Design Evaluation Studies. Prior to joining Unimrkt, he worked at Cimigo, IMRB and HUL. He has worked on nearly all types of Qualitative and Quantitative projects across various categories for both domestic and international clients. He has handled quantitative and qualitative research projects in Banking, Automotive, and IT verticals. His expertise lies in Usage and Attitude, Brand Tracks, Satisfaction Studies, CLTs, Product test, Mystery Shopping, FGDs, IDIs, etc.

Shradha Chauhan, our Head of Operations in India, is a seasoned Project Manager with over 18 years of experience across various industries, including Automotive, IT, FMCG, Banking & Insurance and Consumer Durables. Her expertise lies in Usage and Attitude, Brand Tracks, Satisfaction Studies, and Product Tests. Holding an MBA degree in Marketing and HR and having worked with top firms, including Kantar, IMRB International, TNS and Nielsen India across locations at Senior roles. Her extensive experience and broad toolkit allow her to expertly navigate cross-functional teams, foster stakeholder collaboration, and apply robust project management methodologies. Shradha possesses strong leadership skills and inspires operational excellence.

Having worked within healthcare Market Research for over 7 years, Alex has extensive experience delivering projects for leading global management consultancies. Working with clients in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, Health Insurance and Academic Industries, he has undertaken responsibilities involving data delivery, timeline management, client support, and business development for both Qualitative and Quantitative methodologies.

He has significant experience in engagement with high levels of gravitas and relationship management skills, in-depth knowledge of long, short, and complex project cycles gained within various regional and global responsibilities.

Leveraging a wealth of experience working in the industry has enabled him to deliver successfully on projects, creating an efficient and seamless experience for clients.

Elliot Neziri is the Business Development Executive for our UK division. With over 9 years of rich experience in business development, sales, and account management across numerous industries, Elliot has acquired excellence in uncovering and validating promising market opportunities and orchestrating smooth transitions between early discussions and contract closures.

He uses his expertise in helping Unimrkt forge strong partnerships, manage complex sales cycles, and nurture long-standing client relationships.

Júlia Alves is the Manager of Client Servicing at Unimrkt. Standing out for her precision, agility, and strategic thinking, Júlia is at the forefront role in client servicing, responsible for ensuring top-notch service delivery and championing client satisfaction. She holds rich experience in project coordination, market research, and executive support across various sectors, including healthcare, marketing, and education. Before joining Unimkrt, Júlia worked with M3 Global Research and ClickQube.

Krystal Richardson is the Manager of Business Development for the US division, bringing over a decade of experience in business development, sales strategy, partner onboarding, and client relationship management.

She holds a degree in Business from the University of North Texas and previously served as a Senior Vendor Relations Specialist at Cint. Known for her strategic mindset and relationship-driven approach, Krystal is passionate about connecting clients with effective solutions that drive measurable growth and long-term success.

Rahul Shah is the Senior Manager of Business Development in our UK office. With over a decade of experience in sales, strategic account management, and business development, he leads our business development and expansion initiatives. Prior to joining Unimrkt Research, he worked with globally recognized organizations such as Google, Accenture, Kantar, Dentsu, and Ipsos. His expertise includes strategic account development, proposal design, and commercial negotiations.

Anurag Magoo is the Co-Founder of Unimrkt Research, with specializations in Key Account Management, Research Analysis, Strategy Planning & Execution, and Process Reengineering. He has a post-graduate diploma in Global Sales and Marketing and is also a qualified Six Sigma Green Belt executive. In addition, he has also been an internal auditor for ISO 20252 & ISO 9001. With over 26+ years of industry experience, he developed his early career with American Express and was the Head of Research Operations at Exevo for more than 9 years. Before joining Unimrkt, he was the Executive Director of Cimigo India.

Kanishk Sheel is the Co-Founder & Managing Director at Unimrkt Research, with a wide range of specializations, such as financial services, food service, healthcare, key account research, business-to-business environments, concept testing, new product development, and general market assessments. He holds a BA degree from the University of Delhi, India, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing, and has over 17 years of experience in the market research industry. Prior to joining Unimrkt, Kanishk has worked with Exevo, Currant Fielding Solutions, and was Client Services Director of iGlobal Research.

Sandeep Kumar is the Co-Founder of Unimrkt Research and leads the critical task of managing overall operations and client service delivery, with a variety of specializations, like customer satisfaction, concept testing, purchase decisions, and general market assessments. He holds a Btech degree in Electronics and Communications and Msc degree in Marketing Management from Aston University and has over 10 years of experience in the market research industry. Before he joined us, he worked with TBWA (London), a part of the Omnicom Group, as a business consultant for various brands.
