Bharat has held a number of leadership and management positions in IT and Market Research firms. Over a span of over 16 years, he held several key roles to improve the delivery of technical support to customers for some of the world's largest OEM brands and have worked on numerous competitive research projects. He was part of the first phase rollout of the Global Delivery Platform and conceptualized, launched a comprehensive desktop management support suite which serves as an integral part of the support delivery methodology today.
